Adaptive Headlight Response Sensitivity Adjustments
Is it possible to have the dealer reprogram the sensitivity of the adaptive headlights? i.e. adjust their responsiveness to inputs when turning the wheel.
I'm driving a loaner 2010 335d and the lights are much more responsive to steering inputs. In my 08 535i you must be making much more "serious" inputs before movement can be detected.
One other thing I noticed with the 335d is that it actually adjusts the inside lights more quickly than the outside lights. So if you are making a quick left turn at 20+ mph, the left side light jumps over more quickly than the right and vice-versa. Is this something in the newer (than 08) cars? Regardless of the independent motion, the 335d lights are jumping all over the road compared to my 535i.

it could be that those changes in the CAPL also need to have some corresponding change in the LMA.

Probably not... only because we may not be able to figure it out. A lot of the entries in these trace files are a mix of german, english and heavily abbreviated. Most of the abbreviates are impossible to determine what they do. I did some looking in there before to try and get this working and gave up on it for another day.
