Active Steering Problems-Please Help!!!!!

My Ride: Jap Snail with 4 bangers
I went to a local dealership (Crevier) and they rejected me for not having an "appointment".
I will take to another one and see what happen.
I do have the noise but I don't have the warning light for active steering wheel failure.
It's weird.
I think I'm almost done with this car.
