Active Steering folks

My Ride: BMW 530d titansilver, manual transmission BMW 535d titansilver, automatic + AMG shift Paddles

It feels like an E60 without active steering, that means you have to turn the wheel more, as well as having the same wheel ratio (not a variable one like in the active steering). Furthermore, the steering icon lights up and the i-drive lets you know that you have an active steering fault and that you should drive on carefully. After the next engine start though, everything worked as usual.

I'm in Canada and, of course, we're no strangers to cold temps. Let's see what happens in the future...

Well unless you drive up a curb at more than walking speed, it won't fail easy as that
