I recently had my car serviced.. they had to program the computer. My work order notes idrive and active steering related to sofware.

Now, active steering seems to not turn the wheels as much at lower speeds and the steering feels heavier.

Has there been a changed in specs for the software? I know it's working, just not as quick as before.

Yes, the software updates have always been fiddling with AS settings... Personally, I prefer the slightly heavier feel - and you soon adapt...

is it just heavier? or have they changed how much the wheels turn based on steering input?
