Is it just me or did the new software updates make the steering wheel of cars with active steering stiffer?

The software updates do change the active steering maps... Do you know which version you came from and to?

That makes sense - Changes were made between those versions and v19 should hopefully be the 'final' revision!? Mine is at v18 and I want v19!!!

Not me with 19.01.01. I seldomly notice its presence or absence though.

Is there a way to check what version is installed on my car?

It has changed - the steering did seem to become stiffer with the later versions.

Ok, thanks.
I'm going for a microfilter change next week anyway, I'll ask them to check it.

Apparently, it was tweaked for speeds below 30mph... (I guess it depends on what version you're going from and to) I think v18 buggered it slightly as I'm sure it was more sensitive when I had v13.
