As others have said.. Mistakes/accidents happen.. as long as they are willing to repair it to 100% satidfaction to your needs, whats the big deal?

For this reason I always avoid to send the car to the dealer. I know that sometimes it is almost impossible ...

Sounds like you've had your share of problems with BMW. A buy back in your last car, and now this? Either you are a PITA customer or very unlucky

It sounds like you are being treated more than fairly. They've been responsive to your needs without you needing to escalate the matter. My dealer has also has done the right thing by taking care of some damage that happened while my baby was in their care, but I didn't get a $700 gift.

Tip how much lol....i want to get a loaner car because of this exact issue...was going to be polite about it but not sure if that will even work....

Maybe we should do a survey on that? I never considered tipping my SA. Am I committing a major faux pas? May I ask how much you tip?
