Active Cruise Control

2005 525i with cruise. Tried using it for the first time today and could not see how to activate the Active feature. Is this an option I just do not have or how do I activate it?

CC works but I see no display of ACC

You don't have active cruise control ... it's not a standard option, and there is no way to disable the "active" part. If you had it, it would be on whenever you enabled cruise.
