Glad you weren't hurt in the accident. I see this as a great opportunity to "repair" your rear bumper with lets say a M5 bumper and quad exhaust?
Thanks for the tip, right now all I want to do is get it back to orignal. JMK BMW is so backed up I have to wait until Oct. 15 to get my car in for the repair. Maybe JMK is backed up because of being the only Certified BMW repair shop in the area but it gives me time to think about what you said.
cheers

I'm of course first and foremost happy to hear that Vern is well and without injury, but, that being said, I couldn't agree more. We have been beaten into submission by our insurance companies to the point that, when they actually do what they promise to do to get our business (read: money), we are thrilled. We pay them a fortune and should expect nothing short of everything they promise in all of their commercials. And trust me, the first thing they did with Vern, like they do with all their insureds, is to try to find a way out of the policy. Only after they exhaust the search of all of their contractual and legal loopholes do they begin to honor their obligations (for which they were paid, in advance). Excuse me for venting, but I've seen so much overreaching and flat out abuse by carriers. Again, Vern, most importantly, so happy you are well.......

Vern,
Firstly I am glad to hear you are well. I had great experience with State Farm when I needed them. They are usually more expensive than the average insurance but probably worth it.
