Accident and front bumper

Model Year: 2006
Customer ordered on 3/3 @ 4pm PST.
Bumper was shipped on 3/4 @ 8pm PST
Arrived broken on 3/11 @ 11am. It broken due to some fluke, it was properly packaged.
Customer sent photos. We filed a claim. Then notified the customer there would be a delay as this was one of the last bumpers with no PDC in stock. Delay stretched - out of our control - til 3/27 due to customs and border patrol delays.
Unfortunately, we still didn't have it, and asked a secondary supplier to ship another one out when they would get their stock (around the same time as us). They dropped the ball, and we missed it.
A new bumper is on the way with the old bumper being on insurance.
yes, it took longer than expected, but there was no possibility of shipping it faster as everyone that we usually work with was out of stock of this particular bumper.
PS: we have full stock finally of these bumpers - fronts/rears/sides (limited sides) and have PDC and non-PDC.

It is still your responsibility to make sure the customer gets what he\she paid for.
