AC dual zone big problem

Hi,
I was installing the AUX, i took off the climate controls, installed the aux (working)and then i installed everything back together.
however now when i turn on the AC, the air blows only at the BOTTOM. even if i change the air speed fans for the passenger and drivers side (on the idrive) its still blowing to the bottom(feet). when i pressed the windshield ACnothing changed, it didnt blow towards the windshield.
it was perfectly working, i did not brake anything at all.
What can i possibly do besides the dealer ?
