My OEM's only have about 2000 on them and are sitting in the garage. The replacement Toyo's have 48K on the fronts still looking good at least another 5K . The rears had to be replaced at 35K but I wasn't used to low profile of 20s and did not do a good job of making sure they were inflated to max efficiency and believe they wore out pre-maturely.

I have my original Bridgestones RFT in front at 33K, replaced the rear ones with Bridgestone non-RFT about two months ago.

My car is actually brand new...with some crappy Dunlop runflats...don't even know what model...don't want to know...very loud and rough. I was just trying to get a feel for mileage, as I know it vary big time between types of cars. I drive 100 highway miles 5 days week, so I expect relatively good mileage.

When the time does come though, I will certainly get whatever the latest/greatest NON-runflat Michelin tire is...right now that would be the PS2. As far as I"m concerned, there are a few "absolutes" in the world...Gibson makes guitars, Marshall makes amps, Porsches shouldn't hold water, BMW makes highway cars...and Michelin makes the tires for them.....blah blah..

My Conti's that were OEM on my car have 37K, getting new ones mounted tomorrow. I was very pleased with them, so much so that is what I am installing tomorrow.

Just wondering about how many miles I can expect to get on a set of tires? I realize it varies depending on a lot of things...just trying to get an idea. My buddies E39 540 got about 20K miles, my E34 got about 60K miles...my 911 gets about 6K miles...
I replaced my Bridgstones at 25,000 miles, the rears were ready but the fronts had some tread left. I felt the car drove differently, run flats get louder as they wear and the ride suffers. Once replaced, I remembered how great the car rode when new; runflat tires wear in different ways.

I bought another set from Tire Rack because my car is leased, RF have improved, but they still have away to go.

OEM Contis have 31,000 on them with about 50/50 city / highway driving. Looks like they will make at least another 5K. I would consider that pretty good.

I'm about to swap out the Conti's on the rear (172's 19'), when I do I will have just gone over 20,000 miles (32186.8km's), I checked on the weekend and the tread depth is just over 2mm on the centre and just over 3mm on the outer, The front tyres are all between 5 - 6 mm I would hope to maybe get another 5 - 10,000 mls out of those.

My driving is 25% in town 75 % motorway.
