Just thought I'd share ... I know you guys will understand my frustration

So 2 months ago I bought new rims for my mystic blue e60, poweder coated them, wrapped them in brand new Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta ... Well, modding makes you happy, doesen't it

However yesterday I was out with my girlfriend around town and left the car with her while taking care of some business ... She tried to park the car and scrached my brand new, scratch free, powdercoated, shiny wheel!!!
I know it's crazy, but daaamn I got mad!!!

Thanks for listening, I know you'd understand

My wife doesn't even ask to drive my car, she's on the insurance and I'm always offering but I think she knows that she's going to scuff rims so why bother?

It's not that (most) women don't kown how to drive well and avoid scratching the wheels, it's just that they don't care. My wife included.

...another reason I'm glad my car has 3 pedals! Most chicks can't/won't drive a stick shift.

Sorry about your wheel man! At least it was only one of them

The only time I let someone else in my car it was my mom letting her move my car, and she curbed one of the rims. Couldn't be too mad at her.

Same exact thing happened to me, week old rims. It's my karma for living in LA - nothing stays nice here.
