Each country decides itself what the standard wheels on different models are

For the police car they probably used one of the cheapest . The pics of the German police E60's have the same wheels

ke ke ke .. That is for my city and it will have POLICE marked at side when it will be delivered to Dubai Police
our police will enjoy driving e60 but I don't know why did they put 525 wheels .. they don't look professional

I can't understand why they are protecting the headlights like that? Seems like overkill to me.
