99.9 mpg reading

Hi, I have a 2004 545i that is showing 99.9 mpg consumption reading from yesterday. I filled up the tank hoping for the reading to return to normal in vain.
Has this happened to anyone. Thanks in advance.

try reseting it... on the turn signe hold down the switch for about 2 or 3 sec... it will rest on its own...
but i wish that would be great....
