Is there a code that one of the dealer's techs can put in to change from the default 91 octane fuel map to a 93 octane map? I have a 2005 545i in for a new TCU so they will have the computer hooked up. They didnt seem to think there was such a thing but I remember a couple posts referring to a hidden menu where you could toggle the fuel map.
