750i Style 149 20" Sport Package Wheels on 550i?

Anyone know if these wheels will work on the 550i?

Would you need spacers etc..,?

20 x 9.0 front /20 x 10.0 rear Double Spoke (Style 149)

245/40R-20 front / 275/35R-20

The tire size will not fit. You would have to downsize considerably or raise your suspension and realign the wheels. You can't really even get close to a correct fitting. Maybe 245/30r20 and 285/25r20, but that would look narrow up front.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I'm a little confused though, Locksmythe seemed to think I'd have some fit issues with the tires, it looks like Alex.br had the same size wheels and tires as listed above and his seemed to fit OK, although I have the Sports package on my 550i, would that effect the fit also? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Well, he does quote those tire sizes but it is likely because those are the OEM tire sizes for that wheel when mounted on the 7 series it is designed for. That is a full 2 inches larger diameter than the proper e60 (non-M5) size. He might have gotten away with that on his non-sport e60 but his speedometer would have been off by 8% or something non-negligible. (too lazy to calculate) Your suspension is lowered and would rub.
