75000 left for brake pads change?

Hi all, i just checked the service tab in idrive and brake pads are marked as needing their next change 75000 KM from now. Is this reasonable??

Mine says 60000km on rears; 50000km on fronts. Thats on top of 18000km on car and no brake pad changes. Sounds normal to me.

525d's aren't fast enough to wear the rotors down quickly haha

I dont trust it
so I always check to see the pads on every 2 oil change which is about 14000km.

on my last car my rotors had only 20% left after 45000km over 4 years
it all depends on how you drive.
If push hard most of the time I think it will ware within 2 years or 20000km
I have seen cars need to change pads every year.

iDrive currently telling me 27,000K to front brake pads change - validated by visual inspection by dealer at last oil change 2 days ago..... that will be 130,000K before pads being changed & 3 years!!!!

I drive 99% on motorways, so very little braking going on :-)

On another note, does this change require only changing the pads, or are the pads integrated on the disk brake service itself, thus requiring to change the whole thing?
