I know not very much about car, But I had turbo car before and also normal car, turbo car always problem, no power when slow speed, too many service, V8 car bulletproof engine, very good , you buy V8 4800 BMW no 3000 Turbo

That is a good one! Next time I pull up next to a 535i I think I'll run over and pop the idiot in the head.
That's a great idea! Hey, mods, can we get a "coulda had a V8" emoticon? We can use that everytime somebody starts talking about modding the 535i.

This is all correct. That?s why I don?t understand why people are claiming that the 535i with SP has the same suspension. Gee, I could?ve had a V-8
All they have to do is DRIVE them both back to back and the difference is obvious. I did. The 535i Sport feels much softer than the 550i Sport. The steering doesn't even feel the same (which is also affected by suspension settings.)

Edmunds Test Numbers

535i - Test

Slalom (mph): 65.3
Skid Pad Lateral acceleration (g): 0.89

550i - Test

Slalom (mph): 67.5
Skid Pad Lateral acceleration (g): 0.88

I guess it comes down to feel, because their numbers are very close. 535i has the better skidpad and 550i has the better Slalom.

Its the same story for the 135i, it has the recalibrated M-sport suspension.
Slalom numbers are more indicative of handling than lateral acceleration. From the numbers, the 550i transitions much quicker than the 535i, but its heavier weight "hurts" it in holding lateral gs.
