My Ride: 2007 550i, Titanium Silver/Black, 6-Sp Steptronic, Sport Package, HD Radio, Sirius, Premium Sound, GPS Nav, Cold Pkg, cell phone cradle, iPod through the AUX port
1976 Datsun 280Z, Charcoal/Black, 5-Sp Manual, A/C, American Mags, CD, Tom Tom 930 GPS (works better than the BMW!) and the rest is pretty much stock

Your thoughts on the 550 are mine exactly. These are great cars. From what I here in a year or two steptronic will be stepped up a bit for snappy shifts.

Tachyon - Thanks for the update! I learned a lot from reading your past posts...a year ago there weren't a lot of 550s on the road so I was reading everything I could find. I ordered mine on 9/9/05 and coming up on a year as well! Is your mileage corect in your signature? I'm close to 25,000 miles
