Any of you guys with a 550 having problems losing those end panels in your lower grill? I've had my 550 about 4 months and have already lost both pieces. The dealer said I have caught a low curb or parking divider on the low front end and then they pop out when I backed up. I definitly have caught the front end a few times. I just got rid of an x5 4.8is that was considerably taller so I dont have good instincts on judging front end height yet. My question is besides being not such a dumb ass and keep pulling up too far, is their anything I can do to attach these more securely. The dealer ordered me 2 new ones today so I was hoping the when they or I install them I could use some glue or silicone or something to hold them in tighter.

I had two cars with the M Kit and no issues with losing the grill covers. They do snap in and I believe they could come off if the bumper got caught on something or hit it with the right angle.

No issues yet. The front end is very low and I try to leave lots of clearance.

I have M-kit and have lost both side pieces once. Separate occassions. And I don't hit curbs. I think all it takes is a good pothole.

I just bought the replacements when this happens. Not much else to do about it.
