My Ride: 2008 550i Space Gray and Black Dakota. Sports package with 19 style 172. First BMW and is AWESOME
Hello
Does anyone have any clear pictues of a 550 with 166 M5 wheels on it? I am thinking of changing from my 172's to 166.
Also they say the offset is different from a M5 166 and a M6 166....what the H does that mean?
Thanks

I beg to differ! 172's are aight but the 166's are dope!! OP, change it! You won't be disappointed.
In a nut shell the M6 offsets (rear only, fronts the same) are more aggressive looking; meaning the rears are wider apart from each other. It'll give it almost a flush look to your fenders. The M5 offset on the other hand are a little tucked, like mine. Personally I wish I had gotten the M6 offset. At the time of my purchase the M6 was a special order item and I couldn't wait.
FYI, M5 offset ET 28 whereas, the M6 offset are ET 17.
