Undoubtedly it will fade from the forefront of technology when the F10 arrives. The 550 Sport is an ultracool car now and for the balance of its life.

Certainly. I'm curious whether the 555 *is* an F10 model, or will it emerge as an '09 E60.

The engine is definately going to be replaced in the next year or so. Rumor has it a new twin turbo V8 will debut in the next 7 series coming next year and the X6 and will undoubtly find its way into the next 5er

Keep in mind, companies file for lots of trademarks that ultimately do not get used.

Cool news, but the part that really got me is BMWchanging the name to "Progressive Activity Sedan" because of the acronym It is sure better then "Sports Activity Coupe" acronym SAC lmao Im so immature
