I know the difference between the 07s and 08s are as follows:
1. 08 sport gets the M kit
2. 08 has LED taillights
3. 08 has new gearbox/tranny/shifter
4. 08 sport gets 19"
5. 08 has park distance control as standard?

Can someone let me know what are the differences between a 06 and 07?

Thanks

One difference I'm aware of is that 07s have individual TPMS sensors in each wheel whereas the earlier models has a central sensor that monitors wheel spin..etc.. to tell you if a there's a flat. I think 07 is also when comfort access came out but not sure.

How did you manage not noticing the sport steering wheel? Another major change, the 20-way comfort seats became a part of the sport package. 2006 sports seats were pretty bad making 20-way seats a must have options for any pre-2007 5-series.
