Idk guys I feel like I can take a 335, 535..all of the hyped up turbos lol...only on the highway because those turbos kick in at very low rpms.

Took him guys!! He took off from a light when I was is DS mode, but when I was manually shifting....he was a car length behind! Also messed around on the highway, and he would jump about a sec quicker but then I blew past him....about half a car length at 80 then around 115 he was atleast 2 car lengths behind. These 4.4 motors don't really start breathing till 80. BTW both cars were Completely stock and Auto's. 04 545i sport vs 09 335i coupe

I could take you with the cargo box still on the roof

But yours will sound more awesome at any speed.

The engine is a monster after 80........3 days ago I took a guy in a 740,( I know but not my fault!) I wasnt even gonna go after him then I said fck it......He was about a car and a half in front off the light and nailing it so I gave chase and did the same.......got up behind him pulling hard slid a lane over left and blupasdhim he gave up at about 110 and 4 car lengths behind.......I took it to 120! He slinkered off behind another car after slowing down and never came near me even though we were on the same hwy for another 10 min. Cant blame him he prolly thought I was in a 525 or sumthin he only saw the emblem as I passed him his mistake...lmao.... Cant wait for the ram air...that should make a nice improvement!

Does the ram air really help much? I'm thinking about gettin one for my 545 , what's the benifits? Does it give the engine more of a growl?

the RPI ram air with the combination of the BMC air filter is supposed to give some HP and torque and is much less restrictive than the stock airbox combo......not sure how much but it should help give some extra power! I have the RPI exhause already so that makes a difference!
