545i voice commands not working

fwiw, all us-spec cars with nav have the voice recognition 620. in Europe that was not the case.
One of the programming updates erased the enabling file for the voice commands. V26, I think. shortly after that BMW released an update disk to the dealers containing the correct codes for the cars that came from the factory with 620. If your car had it, they need to follow the procedure in the attached .pdf
autologic should be able to do this as well

Excuse me if this sounds like a dumb question. If the Indy Shop bought a remanufactured CCC from the BMW Dealer, can they use their AutoLogic Computer to activate my voice command to work again? Or will I have to buy the codes (or discs) from the BMW Dealer in order for them to use their AutoLogic Computer to get it to work? Please kindly educate me and share your knowledge. I am so tired of accepting excuses after excuses from this Indy Shop for experimenting with my car...
