Default 545i Very Strange Issue... Please help

For some reason I have no power to both front seats, no steering wheel tilt, no heated seats, and a stability control malfunction warning on the Idrive along with dash lights having to abs etc. I checked ALL fueses throughout the car and all are ok.

Is there a module or relay that could be causeing this issue? Almost has to be something simple.

Car is a 2004 545i sport with 80k

I know this black relay in the trunk gets hotter then heck. I haven't ever found an explanation as to what exactly that relay is for....

In my 525I I lost all seat adjustment and tilt control.
I had the change the whole seat control unit in the drivers seat and everything started working again

cost me $100

This includes passenger side, heated seat buttons, and DSC button.

a thorough code check will surely tell you whats wrong. It does sound like a module as MCR stated.

No codes on the OBD2 anyway... There has to be something all these components run through.

Ok... Part of this issue is resolved anyhow. I found the trunk fuse for the seats etc looked a bit 'off' so I replaced it and the seats etc now work.

I still have this ABS Stability control crap issue with the instrument panel lite up like an Xmas tree.
