Help I got a code for increased emision and they change my spark plug and coils and car shake every time i turn it on like a bad iddle what can it be?

Maybe an o2 sensor is going bad or it could be that they did not put everything in all way. Did the code go away for increased emission. If so have them check their work.

They erased the code but car still shakes

How many mi or km have you driven the car since you got it fixed. If the code is not coming back up after driving for a while then it was obviously fixed. I would take it back and have them check their work. They did not plug something all the way in or it could be the actual parts they used. What plugs and coils did they use. These cars cant take any manufacture products without having issues. If you took it to some where like pepboys then that is your problem. You could of done the job with the right parts and still saved $$$. It would of took you no more than 2 hrs since you have a 545i

I drove it a couple miles car has 96k no lag when u step on it only when u start it i think it might be a sensor because they said it was misfiring but u cant feel it only when u start it

Do you have the means to see what code are stored in the engine module. Im sure it will tell you something. Who did the work? If it wasnt an indy or BMW you should have your answer once you pull it up

I had a similar problem with mine, I was told by multiple shops that I needed the valve lifters replaced

Can you elaborate somewhat on your definition of "shake"?
Like does it only happen briefly for a split second or longer?
Does it happen every time or some of the time?
Only when cold start or cold and warm engine start?

It only does it some times it has a rough iddle it will go away once i drive for a lil bit ant rpm stay at 500
