Many of the same parts made from the same manufacturer for BMW are available from the aftermarket, you just need to know where to look.

Factory is aluminum but why go aftermarket for anything other than lower price and quality?

All-Aluminum Radiator 535I 2008.
All-Aluminum Radiator 745i 2004 I did a research and 745i/760i, 645 and 545i share the same radiator.
