So the only real options for my CAI seems to be the Dinian but dang! 900$ for plastic parts! I really don't want a CAI like an open airbox I want one that i can use with 2 RPI scoops. Really just replace the plastic heat wrapped tube with an alu one like i had on my 240sx but injen doesn't make one for the 5er.
Anything out there? or does anyone have a good discount on Dinian (it will have to wait until next month as i have already spent too much this month!)

I think your best bet would be to just do dropin filters either from AFE/BMC and utilize the RPI/AFE scoops and call it a day. The Dinan system I'm sure is nice but the price point is

You have 2 RPI scoope? Why? Just curious. If you do I doubt you are experiencing any gain vs just 1 scoop. And that aluminum wrapped dryer hose (for the second scoop im assuming) looks like junk under the hood. Just sayin lol...

There were 2 RPI scoops but they now reside on somebodies blue ///M. Yeah the dryer hose look has got to go! I am going to have the car on the lift real soon (replacing the springs, oil change, full engine scrub) and I think the hose is coming off.
I do like the clean look of the Dinan but still the price (I need a Dinan Friend )

the stock air box already has K&N air filter.
What I did was replicate how dinan did their intake. it's a better cold air option. If you remove the those, there will be a hole in the bottom of the airbox. U can replace it with another 3" tubing though.
