Default 545i 2005 e60 Coding help!

Can someone help me? I've already googled and tried all the stuff and instructions but nothing seems to work for me. When I run INPA, both circles are filled. when I click F1 for info, the ediabas ini path and under have the ":?????????????" Maybe this is why i'm getting the error "Vin faulty" when I try to use NCSExpert with the procedure: F1 - F3 - Cas - Error
(Vin faulty, sgbd ediabas ecu description file or something... then Datatransmission to interface disturbed CAS)
Please help me. I contacted dealer and told me they'll do it for $400 even if I installed the aux input myself. Just to code it.
