I just upgraded the exhaust sytem on my 545 for a B&B, wondering if is worth it and pay another $100 to upgrade my 530i exhaust for the one i removed from 545? it should looks a little bit better than the stock 530i one, but what about the perfomance and sound? Will it still make that nice sound when it was on the my 545? or maybe it won't because the engine is smaller.

well, you wont get the exact sound as your 545, because, well, its not a V8 - but hey, i dont know shit - so try it, and let us know how it works out...
or talk to someone who know stuff about stuff....

Wouldn't do it. The 545 exhaust was designed for an engine that breathes heavily. If you put less engine behind it you are probably going to have back-pressure problems and will probably end up losing a substantial amount of power. It will probably sound horrible too...
