2004 545i 70k miles

auto gearbox plastic filter been leaking around the screw heads for a while now

the changing of the filter is easy enough but the specialist is claiming that putting the oil in needs a special pressure pump and that everything has to be a strict temperature

anyone done this on a DIY basis

A good DIY on this topic in the DIY forum. I have the same problem and will change the pan soon along with some bolts when I have time.
