I would just get a Cobb Access Port so you can do it yourself and change maps whenever you'd like. Using this, you can uninstall it from the car for service visits in minutes. There are also other piggy back systems that are awesome as well, but that requires physically installing/uninstalling a device.
I personally have the Cobb AP myself and love it, can't get enough of it...lots of extra HP and Torque, different maps for throttle control as well as power...etc. You can find them used here and there for about $700-$750, but it's worth every penny, even brand new.
