535i hpfp location?

My '08 535i stalled twice on the expressway. Followed by a check engine light after I restarted. I've been told I have the latest software and hpfp installed.
I'd like to verify the part number of the pump installed before I take it in to the dealer.
So where does this (p.o.s) live, in the fuel tank or engine comp. ?

This 535 is already a buy back. I'm 2nd owner. I bought the car 19k miles with two pump changes already. This car is beast when runs right, it's a shame they can't figure out this pump problem.
