Default 535D LCI - Slow 2500rpm

Hello!

I have a problem with my 535D and it been there since i bought it 5 months ago.

Its slow under 2500rpm over that it goes well. Although i think it takes more time as it should when flooring it before it gets full boost..
For example if on 3500rpm and then flooring it sometimes takes almost 2 seconds before i got full boost.

A have replaced ALL vacum-hooses.
Both pressure converters
The electric vacum thing connected to the the acutator for the small/big tubo by-pass valve
Tested all the acutators with vacumtool and they all work.
Cleaned the EGR etc. etc.

Getting out of ideas and don´t know where to look next. Please give me idéas.
The car has no fault codes stored.

Here is a video showing the problem.
The first half part shows in very slow of the line without brakboosting.
The second half part showflooring it from low rpm and it does not pick up good until 2500rpm.

Just for reference i have found a video of another 535D LCI that shows it really fast of the line (really wish mine was like this:

Oooops.. I just checked fault codes again.
It looks like the DPF particulare filter is about to go out.

Is it possible that the DDE hold back the power on lower rpms to try to extend the life of the DPF? Maybe it soots/smoke much under heavy load under 2500 rpm?

Mine had same thing as yours. One of the vacuum hoses was broken. After replacement everything was fine.

Problem is solved.
It was the DPF that was blocked. Probably it was ok under no load but when on full load all the exhaust gases could not pass easily.
Just like trying to blow hard true a straw pipe.

Did you force a regeneration or did it work it out on its own?

Regeneration was not a problem. it did that every time i drove the car up to temp. The ash mass was to high.

I deleted the DPF.
