Hi all
Yesterday on the way home from work my 535d (2007 lci model) cut out on me. It happened as I put my foot down to merge onto the motorway. Luckily there were no cars behind me, so I was able to brake.
When trying to start again, it just turned over, but as soon as I ejected the key, and tried to start again, it fired up immediately. This happened again on the way to work, and removing key and starting again works.
I have checked the codes with my Launch, and I got 4460 injector cylinder 6 activation
Any idea what this could be. It seems to happen more once the car is warm, rather then when its cold.

Can't really be 100% certain without troubleshooting the problem, but it more than likely has something to do with the injector, either that or the coil.
If it was my car I'd clear the codes and swap the injector/coil from cylinder 6 to cylinder 1 and restart to car to see if the problem moves to cylinder 1.
