From what I've read, the most power Vishnu had ever squeezed, so far, from the n54 motor is 355whp and 405lbft. I don't know what the % lost from the drivetrain but with those power levels at the wheels, it's gonna be a lot of fun... and I'm sure there's more to come from tuners like AA and such.
I'm def sold on the 535i. Love the look of it with basic exterior mods and with that TQ, oh boy.
I just need to decide whether its worth to do the european delivery or just pick one out from the dealer. Any thoughts?

If you're like most people you want everything right now unless you're in the minority that can wait the excruciating 6 weeks after dropping it off at Harms shipping in Germany.
Yes, that is what turns me off from the ED. Just need to figure out if the $3460 savings and a trip to Germany is worth the wait.

Hmmm... I saved close to $9K off MSRP for my 545i doing ED. Retail was $65K.
Here is the link where I based that $3460 savings from:

Racing from a dig is more about driver skill than the cars. To minimize driver error as much as possible and get the true performance of the cars, it's best to do it from a rolling start.
This thread makes me really want to have a try myself...

This I have to agree. My 545i is 6 AT, I will try my best this summer to find a 335i on 1/4mile track and video tape the race.
This thread makes me really want to have a try myself...![Think](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/think.gif)
