I have a 530D with DPF removed, remapped, and chipped
Last week i was in Germany
I could max reach 240 kph (149 mph)but after a few seconds it went i some kind of safe mode.
My gaspedal feld dead for around 20seconds.
I tested it a few times, and everytime i reached 230 240 it did they same

Anybody clue whay it can be?
Meybey air leak in Vaccuumhose, underpressure ?
I assume i should get more out of it then 240, and it also should not go to same mode.

I have not managed to check this, since a have to demount inlet manifold to check, and this moment i am waiting for the postman with my delivery of blank plates

 

there have been other people posting of the same problem- they removed the dpf, and now when trying to reach maximum speed, the car goes into limp mode. Apparently it has something to do with the change in back pressure the turbo experiences.
