Hey guys!

New here so hopefully im not being too dumb!

I bought a e60 530D msport in the new year, however, it has an issue..

When i put the car in D or R (it's auto) whilst trying to hold the car with the break or going at really slow speeds such as parking, stopping at lights etc, the cars idle is all over the place and sometimes stalls!

Rpm drops then surges back up to 1200rpm until i let go of the break and the car starts to move (it also feels like the car is fighting the break and wants to keep going forward)

This also gets even worse when the car is at full lock, like there's some sort of resistance.

im a little stuck on this as i get no codes aside from glowplugs

Any help would be super super appreciated!!

Are you using a BMW specific code reader or generic OBD2?
