It is really sad, sorry to hear that.
Any other recommendation, as they can come and finish what they started?
I'm going to buy ugly steering wheel lock, but if they are so far, they are probably able to change the steering wheel quicker than I will open my eyes during the night

Another alternative would be to look at how the ODB port is bolted in, and re-locating it. Then leaving an dummy that is wired to short their device or covered with a nice tar like gel substance so it F*ks up what every they plug into it.....
Or I wonder if we can get a group buy on this

sorry to hear about your bad luck being targeted by these scum bags. something similar happened to my mate last week, they got up to find their £10k mazda 2 was missing. police found it a few miles out the town crashed in a ditch. no keys were used, they believe it was started with a laptop. insurance has written it off due to all the damage. police also told them that about 6 cars had been stolen from the area in a similar way over the past 2 months. this happened in a fairly small town just outside of aberdeen, so its not just happening in the big cities.

My Ride: June 2007 LCI 530d M SPORT, Carbon black, black dakota leather, Media pack, Visibility pack, elec mem heated seats, lumber support, high beam assistant, 172M Spider wheels, M-tech spoiler, piano black trim. Sun protection glass.
that's what i thought, only thing that crossed my mind was it was easier to come back with a key and take it neatly, ie with no broken window to arise suspicion when driving off. Seeing that with that tool they can perhaps make a key.
not much i can do, can't hide it inside the house, I've taken all valuables out of the car now (sunglasses etc) in case it goes.
