The 320d version does not fit the 520d
BMW ///M 525xi found that a Thai E60 fan bought one from a company called Breyton.

I have spoken to Genuine BMW Styling 020 8347 9444 they did advised, they are looking at making one to fit
the 520d. ( I am still waiting )
If you manage to find one or come up with a solution, please let me know as I would buy one tomorrow to
fit to mine.

IMHO the oval tailpipe looks better than the twin setup. Looks very butch and makes a power statement. But of course if you want other drivers to believe the car is a larger engined model the oval pipe has to go. The majority wouldn't know the difference. 
I agree, but if he does not like it get a 76mm tuner one
I also remember BMW offered in accessory broch, sg for 530d.

Have being doing some looking around, and came up with Powerflow Exausts, they said yes they can fit a twin tailpipe stainless steel for ? 150 and they have pllenty of branched around uk and Ireland...... you will find them on Google just type in powerflow and have a look ..hope this is of some help ..
