Does anyone know off hand what the tyre size is for the 18 inch wheels on the Sport models. Got a puncture on the way to work this morning so I'm going to replace the full set with non run flats. Forgot to make a note when I parked the car. Also any recommendations for tyres from anyone who has replaced run flats already would be appreciated. Thanks

Rang my BMW dealer to ask them and they didn't know....so helpful!

I have really enjoyed my Pirelli P Zero Nero M&S 245/40R18's.
I have also ran with the Yokohama AVS DbS2. Almost equally as good, but the Pirelli's seem a touch better.

Hey 4stngr-

I had the Yokos too. VERY quiet, good handling. But, I found the impact harshness and verbal report over sharp bumps and broken pavement to be too harsh. How does the Pirelli compare in this regard? Which one rides better? Which one handles better?

Thanks,

Either Michelin PS2's or Conti Sport 2's.

Good reports on both...

And which one between (no other possible choice) : Good-Year NCT5 or Bridgestone RE50A, both in RFT (245/40R18 93Y) ???

Car and Driver says the hands-down best is the Goodyear F1 GS-D3.
