Default at 45 mph the steering wheel shake ?

Hi all, so I have this little problem with my 07 530i that i can't seem to get a hold on? I just put new rims and tires on the car and starting noticing a week later when I'm driving the car starting around 45 mph the steering wheel started to shake a little ? It don't shake at speed under 45 or above 60 mph only in between ? I have done the balancing twice now and also just got someone to check out if it was the control arms but they were fine also. If anyone can help that would be great cause i have no clue what this problem can be ?
Thanks
John

Loose lugs and/or balancing.

I recently had to have my relatively new tires rebalanced at a different Discount Tire location as they confirmed they were out of balance.

So, if you've had them balanced at the same location twice, I'd suggest trying another shop (location if a chain of outlets).

I'll assume the lugs are torqued correctly if you've had it done twice.
