30-40 mph transmission jerk after topping off tranny fluid

Had transmission "slam" for about 5 days after the fluid change. Slowly went away by itself (just spent quite some time on the parking lot with low rev gear changes [as they seemed better than regular day to day driving gear changes]). Maybe that helped, not sure.
