I adjusted my lights up a bit to my liking and while doing so noticed a second white screw but can't figure out what it is for.

I moved it both ways and then back to where I started and could not notice any changes. Any thoughts on what the 2nd white screw if for?

If your car is pre-lci, then the second screw adjusts the lights left or right - it may take a bit more turning to notice the adjustments.
