2nd call on BT carkit?

Hi,
When receiving a second call on my cellphone I only get an audio warning but the screen doesn't show me who's calling and switching between calls is only a fantasy... I can do it on my cellphone (not meant to be that way) but the carkit often drops both lines when trying so...
Hope anyone can help me on this
