Default 2010 BMW 535i Ac Compressor

My new ac compressor only turns on when jumped. Blows extremely hot when it’s hot out. When it’s cold out it blows warm but not enough to warm up the car. Could this be a fault in IHKA control?

What was the reason you changed the compressor? How long ago was it changed. What are your pressures. May not have enough freon? When your heat is on and blowing warm usually it's a bad thermostat or aux pump. Your compressor has nothing to do with heat.

You can check for codes to see if your aux pump is bad using a BMW code reader

The reason I had the ac compressor changed was because it stopped coming on. Also the car would just blow hot air. Took the car to pep boys and they installed a new compressor and said it would only turn when jumped to take it to the dealer. The error codes I am getting are: E706, 9C5C, 9C5D, 9C61, 9C6D and 9C6E.

Pepboys?!? I know Miami has a plethora of Indy shops to choose from.

The first thing I would of done was tell them to put my old compressor back in and get my money back. What did you actually pay for. Your best bet is to take it to an Indy and have them work out your issue unless you have the knowledge to work on the car.

Was there anything done to the car to cause the issue that was self inflicted? We're you trying to code or program something. Has someone tried to fix the blower motor. Your codes are all over the place.

So basically you have the same problem. Get a refund, and then have an indy BMW mechanic diagnose it.
