I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my BMW. I pulled up at a friends house a few weeks ago and when I went to leave my car would not start. It has power but won’t start. I think I have narrowed it down to the key fob.however I’m not entirely certan. I have checked the solenoids to make sure there was power there I have removed the battery and had it check at a local shop it seems to be good. My fob has shown a signal on the dash for a while stating the key is not charging or needs to be charged but I thought it was doing that while it’s in my ignition.🤔🤔🤔 the key fob powers everything up but will not start the car

You need to read your DTC codes. Or else you'll most likely spend a lot of time guessing the culprit.
