2008 bmw 550i starting broblem

2008 bmw 550i starting broblem
I've been having this problem for a while
The car takes a while till it start and sometimes break down while stopping on red lights also sometimes happens something weird like the car pulling back the speed and the rpm go crazy and ask me to lower the speed I went to bmw vista and changed the shifter and the Battery but still have the problem but now today I'm changing the ivm after I read some forums here hope it will work :/ anybody had the same problems or only it won't start?

It could be a lot of things. Have you had the codes read. Have you checked the plug, cables, alternator. Why did you change the battery? Could be the alternator not charging the battery. I would start at reading the codes because that will give you clue to what area to start troubleshooting.
