I had the same problems you had changed HPFP , injectors, sparkplugs and coils. What fixed my problem was changing thoses horrible bosh sparkplugs to a step colder plug NGK LASER IRIDIUMS (part no.ILZKBR7A-8G). They are around $80-100 shipped but worked for me.

Hope this helps.

So you think it's the Bosch spark plugs? What ignition coils are you using? And after you swapped to the NGK it never did it again?

Before ditching the OE spark plugs, at least read the following post:

Well I never checked the gap on them. I just ordered off amazon and slapped them on. Definitely thought about trying diff plugs just couldn't decide on which ones. I'm gonna pull them and check the gap, if it's gapped right I will just switch to the NGK. Just really hope that is the problem. I did some quick logs that I will post.

Unless you are running a heavily modified setup, FBO w/upgraded turbos, the Bosch OEM plugs work just fine. So in looking at a conversation being had in another forum about cyl 5 timing pulls there have been speculation around the the PCV location and how the oil vapor is lowering the oct levels in cyl 5. Some have have been able to change out their PCV to have the timing correction issue fixed in cyl 5. Since you have a bad PCV I'd replace it to see if that works. Also unless you are running meth I'd stick to map 5 since map 3 is designed to be used with meth which cools the air and raises the oct levels.

Just ordered my crank case vent hose. I'll let you know if it helps. Should be here in 2 days.
